CeCe Norwood is well know for her eloquent and lively
presentations to speaks frankly about her child sexual abuse
experiences and enlightens survivors everywhere that there is
happiness after incest, child sexual abuse and rape.  A message
most have not heard.

Depending on her audience she educates attendees on prevention
strategies, recovery principals, and best methods to provide
recovery assistance to victims and survivors.  She also delivers
interactive workshop for organizations wanting greater detail and
skill building opportunities.

Since the adoption of her now 18 year old daughter, CeCe offers
a variety of presentations,  interactive workshops and trainings on
child abuse and neglect issues inside and outside of foster care
system.

Cece is actively involved in eradication efforts of all types of
sexual violence.  She is a founding member of the Sexual Abuse
Prevention Awareness Treatment Healing (SA PATH) Coalition of
NWO whose mission is work to eliminate all forms of  child sexual
abuse and sexual violence and to advocate for the rights and
needs of survivors and co-survivors in Northwest Ohio. The
Coalition recently received proclamation proclaiming April as Sexual
Assault Awareness Month from Toledo Mayor Mike Bell, Fremont
Mayor Terry Overmeyer, Lucas County Commissioners, and
Sandusky County Commissioners.  All encourages their respective
citizens to join the SA PATH Coalition in its eradication efforts.
They are currently launching a campaign to blanket northwest
Ohio with billboards encouraging people to join in stopping child and
adult sexual abuse.

Additionally CeCe was appointed as a board member on the Ohio
Alliance To End Sexual Violence board who shares a similar mission
as the SA PATH Coalition but throughout the State of Ohio.  
This appointment will assure the needs and services of northwest
Ohio will be represented at the State level where policies and
initiatives are developed.
